Job summary

AMS in Swindon is seeking a Volume Recruiter to lead end-to-end high-volume campaigns within a fast-paced, regulated environment. You will partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract, assess and hire quality talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.

Working across multiple vacancies, you will use data and market insight to proactively manage recruitment activity, identify risks to delivery and maintain pipeline health.

Qualifications

• Experience in volume recruitment.
• Strong ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience using recruitment data/MI to assess pipeline performance and risks.
• High attention to detail and governance/compliance.
• Ability to identify delivery risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with a customer focus.
• Proactive, organized, and resilient, adaptable to changing demands.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across high-volume campaigns, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through assessment channels and engagement activities.
• Capture and monitor recruitment data to track pipeline health and identify risks.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand requirements and agree strategies.
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress, risks, challenges and opportunities.
• Ensure activity aligns with governance, regulatory obligations and internal processes.
• Handle multiple vacancies and priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience.
• Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting to support workforce planning.
• Monitor funnel performance and escalate concerns where targets may be at risk.
• Build talent pools to reduce time-to-hire for future demand.
• Collaborate with recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning and business teams for delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date candidate and requisition records with data integrity.
• Champion a positive candidate experience throughout the lifecycle.
• Share insights with stakeholders to support informed decisions.
• Act as a trusted partner balancing needs to achieve successful outcomes.
