Job summary

ABM is seeking a Recruiter to manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a high-volume portfolio across Facility Services, including frontline and operational vacancies. You will partner with operational leaders to translate workforce needs into proactive recruitment strategies and talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable end-to-end recruitment experience within in-house, RPO or agency environments.
• Experience partnering operational leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and market insight.
• Proven ability to manage a large and changing vacancy portfolio at pace while maintaining quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-volume frontline and operational vacancies across Facility Services, from vacancy approval through attraction, selection, offer and onboarding.
• Partner with operational leaders, hiring managers, HR and other stakeholders to translate contract requirements, turnover and seasonal demand into recruitment plans.
• Lead vacancy briefings and advise on role requirements, pay, sourcing options, compliance, risks and realistic hiring timescales.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, CV databases, social media, direct outreach and referrals, focusing on difficult-to-fill roles.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines and engage returners, career changers, veterans and underrepresented groups.
• Coordinate screening, shortlisting, interviews and offers, ensuring a fair and positive candidate experience.
• Respond quickly to changing workforce requirements using open days, campaigns and local recruitment events.
• Maintain external partnerships and represent ABM at careers fairs and events.
• Keep accurate records in ATS and monitor KPIs, turnover and time-to-hire to improve outcomes.
• Ensure smooth transition from offer to start date with HR, vetting and onboarding teams.
• Train managers on ATS usage, recruitment stages and compliant recruitment practices.
• Contribute to wider recruitment strategy and reducing agency reliance.
