Job summary

ABM UK is seeking a Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for a high-volume frontline and operational portfolio across Facility Services. You will partner with operational leaders to translate workforce needs into proactive recruitment strategies and talent pipelines, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The role requires managing screening, interviews and offers, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with HR for onboarding.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated end-to-end recruitment experience in-house, RPO or agency.
• Experience partnering with operational leaders to forecast hiring needs and plan talent pipelines.
• Ability to source through multiple channels and manage high volume of vacancies with quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-volume frontline and operational roles.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR and stakeholders to translate workforce needs into recruitment plans.
• Lead candidate sourcing, screening, interviews and offers with a focus on compliance and candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports and KPI data using the ATS and recruitment tools.
• Support onboarding and handover to HR and operations teams, including Right to Work checks.
