Job summary

AMS is building a Belfast-based Talent Pool for Recruiters. You’ll act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers, managing vacancies from initial requirement through to offer, while delivering a positive candidate experience and successful hiring outcomes.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and collaborate with sourcing and administration teams to ensure a seamless journey. We’re seeking individuals with strong communication and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working in recruitment/talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and understand recruitment needs.
• Manage recruitment activity from vacancy briefing through to offer, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders.
• Conduct vacancy briefings with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skills, timescales and the selection process.
• Partner with Sourcing teams to identify and engage suitable talent.
• Review and assess candidates against role requirements and present high-quality shortlists.
• Provide recruitment expertise and market insight to help hiring managers make informed decisions.
• Manage multiple vacancies and campaigns, prioritising activity to meet timescales.
• Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Support hiring managers through interview, selection and offer stages.
• Manage the offer process, including conversations and negotiations.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Administration and wider teams for a seamless journey.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring.
• Ensure data accuracy across recruitment systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and ways of working.
