ABM is seeking a Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle for a high-volume frontline portfolio across Facility Services. You will partner with operational leaders, HR and hiring managers to translate workforce needs into proactive talent pipelines and recruitment plans.

The role requires managing screening, interviews and onboarding while maintaining compliant records, reporting and candidate experience. Hybrid pattern at Heathrow/London sites with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• End-to-end recruitment experience in-house, RPO or agency.
• Experience recruiting across multiple sites or geographically dispersed locations.
• Proven ability to manage a large vacancy portfolio with quality and compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with hiring managers.
• Experience with workforce planning using vacancy trends and demand to build recruitment plans.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-volume frontline roles.
• Partner with leaders, HR and stakeholders to plan recruitment and talent pipelines.
• Lead vacancy briefings and advise on role requirements, pay and timelines.
• Source candidates through job boards, CV databases, social media, referrals and headhunting.
• Build and maintain pipelines for recurring high-volume requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, shortlisting, offers and onboarding communications.
