Job summary

Cantium Business Solutions is hiring a User Lifecycle Management Engineer to join our Hybrid team in Kent. You will manage user accounts, access requests and device provisioning within a security-focused environment, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.

The role emphasizes customer-focused support, attention to detail and strong collaboration across teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders. 37 hours per week, permanent contract, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven IT service delivery experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience working independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365/Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Manage user account creation, transfer and deletion requests per process and timescales.
• Support access management to ensure secure system access.
• Administer IT assets and track asset lifecycle records.
• Configure and prepare devices for deployment to users.
• Monitor licences and stock levels to support service delivery.
• Collaborate with colleagues, customers and suppliers to fulfill requests and maintain service standards.
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge base and improvement activities.
• Support project work, process automation and user acceptance testing.
• Handle service requests and tickets per service management standards.
• Build relationships across teams to support business objectives.
