Job summary

Uber is seeking an experienced Manager, Implementation to lead our UK team and own the implementation strategy from launch through the initial 90 days post-sale. You will work with Sales, Account Executives, and cross-functional partners to maximise customer adoption and revenue during early lifecycle.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a hybrid London setting, requiring collaboration across Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales Operations.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of B2B experience with at least 2 years as a People Manager of customer-facing teams such as Customer Success, Implementation or Account Management.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience using Salesforce, dashboards and performance reporting to drive decisions and improve team performance.
• Experience with sales techniques and objection handling.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven track record of operational and sales excellence, developing and executing expansion strategies across accounts.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment, navigate ambiguity, and demonstrate ownership.
• Excellent organisation, project management, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Implementation Leads primarily located in the UK as well as remote.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and Account Executives to manage launch expectations and track adoption and usage in the first 90 days post-sale.
• Map implementation processes, identify roadblocks and solutions for different markets or account types.
• Create Salesforce reports to manage the implementation pipeline and provide insight metrics to drive performance.
• Develop and maintain playbooks and performance trackers to support team growth and scalability.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales Operations to resolve issues and implement solutions.
• Create and localize client-facing materials such as decks, launch announcements, and enablement content for different regional markets.
