Job summary

OrderYOYO is seeking a Customer Support Agent (UK) to deliver omnichannel assistance to our Restaurant Partners from a hybrid UK setup. The role includes handling chat, phone and email queries, ensuring timely SLAs, and driving successful query resolutions.

You will manage account changes, process invoices, and collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues. Commission is available on upsells, with an annual performance bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering omnichannel customer support (chat, phone, email).
• Ability to resolve queries end-to-end within SLAs.
• Hybrid UK-based role requiring weekday office presence and weekend WFH.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound support across chat, phone, and email, meeting SLA targets
• Support RPs with account changes, complaints, and account updates
• Review and resolve invoice-related queries
• Own issues end-to-end, from first contact through to resolution
• Work with other departments to investigate and resolve complex issues
• Identify reactive upsell opportunities during calls (commission available on successful upsells)
