AJ Bell is recruiting for a 40-hour-per-week telephone support role based in the UK, with full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

You will handle inbound calls, emails, and messages, delivering a high standard of customer service across our award-winning product range in a fast-paced, supportive environment. A flexible rota and hybrid working model are in place, with opportunities for career progression and study support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs graded 9-4 (A*-C), including Maths and English.
• Excellent customer service skills with a polite and professional telephone manner.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, respond to emails and secure messages.
• Ensure interactions comply with SLAs and policies.
• Provide high-quality customer support across AJ Bell products.
