Vodafone is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager-level candidate to lead TX site upgrades as part of the Nations Network strategy. The role focuses on end-to-end delivery, planning with offshore teams, and aligning with budget and safety requirements in a hybrid London/Newbury setting.

You will work with multiple partners to ensure seamless site upgrades, improve customer experience, and sustain high-quality network deployment across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in TX deployment programmes across multiple contracts and partners.
• Strong planning, delivery and migration skills for network projects.
• Commitment to health, safety and quality with a right-first-time mindset.
• Ability to build relationships across teams and leaders.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end delivery of TX sites from nomination to transfer to operations within a Region.
• Collaborate with offshore TCTS to plan, deliver, migrate and activate RAN sites.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns with project and budget objectives.
• Ensure VF3 and fibre partners comply with Health & Safety and regulatory requirements.
