VodafoneThree is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end TX site delivery, coordinating with offshore teams and partners to meet schedule and budget. You’ll drive site upgrades aimed at improving customer experience and national coverage, within a hybrid UK work model.

The role requires strong leadership, delivery experience across TX deployment, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure safety and regulatory compliance. A proactive, data-driven mindset is essential.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end delivery of TX sites from nomination through transfer to operations within a Region
• Collaborate with offshore TCTS to plan, deliver, migrate and activate RAN sites, ensuring sites are delivered to plan and budget
• Engage with supporting teams and stakeholders to ensure successful site delivery aligned to project, programme and business objectives
• Ensure VF3 and fibre partners comply with all Health & Safety obligations, policies and regulatory requirements
