Job summary

Randstad Digital is seeking an experienced Telecom Network Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end rollout of indoor cellular deployments in Manchester on a 12-month contract. The role requires delivering projects on time and within budget, with hybrid working arranged (3 days in-office).

Qualifications

• Proven background in Project/Delivery Management within the UK telecommunications sector.
• Expertise in vendor equipment, cell site deployment, and BTS rollouts (indoor solutions preferred).
• Experience managing external contractors and physical network logistics.
• Familiarity with telecom project tracking tools.
• Strong matrix management and senior stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of indoor network deployments.
• Coordinate and manage small works contractors, main suppliers, and Openreach Fibre deliveries.
• Forecast stock requirements and manage project data builds for first-time site activation.
• Update and maintain project tracking tools (Site tracker, SAP, etc.).
• Deliver weekly governance reports and engage with stakeholders up to the Director level.
