Job summary

VodafoneThree in the UK is seeking a hands-on RAN Deployment specialist to join our UK Networks team. The role covers end-to-end delivery of RAN sites from nomination through to transfer to operations, with a focus on quality, safety and on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with delivery partners to design, acquire, build and activate RAN sites, ensuring alignment with project goals and regulatory requirements, while embracing our hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Experience in RAN Deployment programmes with multiple contracts and partners.
• Technical design/acquisition/build expertise in site deployment.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and quality obligations.
• Ability to build relationships across teams and leaders.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and collaboration skills.
• Experience using data and insights to inform plans.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of RAN sites from nomination through transfer to operations.
• Collaborate with delivery partners to design, acquire, build and activate RAN sites.
• Engage with supporting teams to ensure delivery aligns with project objectives.
• Ensure VF3 and partners comply with Health & Safety obligations and regulatory requirements.
