Job summary

LHC Procurement Group (LHCPG) is seeking a Transformation Business Analyst on a 12-month FTC, hybrid in Uxbridge. You’ll shape and deliver priority transformation projects across LHCPG, focusing on HR and Finance system implementations, process improvement and change management to support public sector outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business change, transformation or technology-enabled projects.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping and translating business needs into practical solutions.
• Confidence facilitating workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder conversations.
• Experience across the project lifecycle, from discovery to testing and handover.
• Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and manage competing priorities.
• Recognised Business Analysis qualification such as BCS or equivalent.
