Job summary

LHC Procurement Group (LHCPG) is seeking a Transformation Business Analyst to join on an initial one-year fixed-term contract. You will shape and deliver priority transformation projects, focusing on business change, process improvement and system implementations to support the public sector in delivering better buildings and services.

You'll run discovery sessions, map processes, and translate needs into clear requirements and user stories.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business change, transformation or technology-enabled projects.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and stakeholder conversations.
• Experience across the project lifecycle from discovery to handover.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of HR and Finance systems transformations.
• Review and improve processes and shape system usage.
• Manage business change and ensure smooth migration and implementation.
• Run discovery sessions and stakeholder conversations to identify needs.
• Translate needs into requirements, user stories and practical solutions.
