Job summary

Liberty Recruitment Group partner with a global organisation recruiting an experienced HR Project Manager for a 24-month FTC in a hybrid London-based role. You will lead a portfolio of HR and business transformation projects, including TUPE activities, HR systems upgrades, and recruitment enhancements.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business, manage multiple priorities, and ensure delivery on time and within scope while driving change and employee experience improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing HR and business transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and technology implementations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience handling TUPE activities and employment transfers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver a portfolio of HR and business transformation projects.
• Oversee TUPE, HR systems upgrades, and recruitment improvements.
• Create detailed project plans, budgets, and governance docs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive change management and user adoption of new processes.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation.
