Job summary

Which? is the UK's consumer champion, here to make life simpler, fairer and safer for everyone. We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team for a 6 month FTC.

You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of projects and process improvement initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, analyse processes, and identify opportunities for improvement. This role is being offered on a 6 month fixed term contract. Annual Salary: £50,000 - £60,000.

Qualifications

• Experience in process analysis and modelling.
• Proficient in writing and managing business requirements as user stories.
• Strong stakeholder engagement experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, design, and document processes to drive improvements.
• Gather, document, and manage business requirements with traceability.
• Lead workshops and meetings to support problem-solving and BA activities.
• Support delivery of change with the project manager.
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Facilitate cross-department conversations to align project objectives.
