Job summary

Bridgwater, Somerset site seeks a Training Instructor to design and deliver SAT-based training for major construction and commissioning activities. You will run classroom and simulated sessions and manage training plans to meet evolving project needs.

The role supports operational readiness, collaborates with SMEs and external providers, and maintains accurate training records. This is a contract position (Inside IR35) with strong extension potential, starting Oct 2026.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering SAT-based training.
• Design, deliver and manage training materials and sessions.
• Experience coordinating with SMEs, suppliers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training materials using SAT.
• Run classroom-based and simulated training sessions.
• Manage training plans and schedules.
• Support transition to operational readiness with training preparation.
• Represent the Project Training Team at meetings and forums.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, external providers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain records of training completion and progress.
• Drive SMART actions through to delivery.
