In this role you will manage performance, resources, and compliance, coordinate venues and logistics, and drive continuous improvement while supporting customer satisfaction and the organisation's mission to save lives through first aid training.

Qualifications

• Experience leading training staff and delivering courses.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Commitment to health and safety and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage team performance through regular 1-1s and reviews.
• Coordinate training resources and logistics (venues, staffing, equipment).
• Maintain compliance with organisational and statutory standards and ensure customer satisfaction across all training activities.
