• Manage own caseload of Third Party Motor claims up to £50,000.
• Explain liability decisions and negotiate settlements efficiently.
• Evaluate quantum by gathering evidence and adjusting reserves.
• Liaise with internal and external partners at all levels.
• Keep customers updated on claim progression.
• Develop relationships with clients by providing a friendly, efficient service.
