Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience in a sales environment would be beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills: you'll speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more. You'll explain complex details clearly, and negotiate fair settlements.
• A commitment to work towards the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters Cert CILA qualification.
