Job summary

Prismatic Ltd. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Thermal Systems Integration Engineer to guide the design, analysis, integration, and verification of thermal control and management systems for flight platforms.

You will lead cross‑functional thermal engineering activities across the vehicle, develop test plans, mentor engineers, and produce technical documentation for reviews and customers. Hybrid working available with competitive salary and pension.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in aerospace, mechanical or related engineering.
• Proven expertise in thermal design and analysis for flight environments.
• Experience leading thermal engineering on complex aerospace projects.
• Strong knowledge of thermal simulation tools and validation with test data.
• Excellent communication for multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead thermal system design and analysis for flight platforms.
• Coordinate with structures, propulsion, power, avionics, and systems teams.
• Develop test plans and lead thermal test campaigns from component to system level.
• Analyse test data and update thermal models.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to thermal engineers.
