Job summary
MBDA is seeking an experienced Test Equipment Design Engineer to support production design in Bolton. You will bridge our design and manufacturing teams, delivering knowledge and support for test equipment across electronics disciplines.
The role offers a true engineering challenge with growth potential in Digital/Analogue Electronics, RF, Power electronics, and RF testing. Hybrid working and a competitive benefits package are provided.
Qualifications
- Ideally degree qualified (or equivalent industry experience).
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Record of on-time delivery.
- Experience in multi-disciplinary teams with collaboration.
- Root cause analysis to propose robust corrective actions.
Responsibilities
- Interface between design teams and manufacturing teams, providing knowledge and support.
- Support production activities within Production Design Support (PDS) on site in Bolton.
- Contribute to engineering challenges and growth across electronics disciplines.
