Job summary

MBDA Missile Systems in Bolton is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Electronics Engineer to support all stages of product assembly. You will service electrical and electronic test equipment, including STTE, across varied platforms and collaborate with a focused team to ensure top quality manufacturing.

The role requires calibration expertise, strong problem solving, and the ability to mentor junior staff. Hybrid working is available with on-site work 5 days a week due to workload.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND with relevant experience.
• Experience and knowledge in calibration of test equipment and maintenance of test systems to component level.
• Able to utilise instructions, handbooks, drawings or specifications to provide technical advice and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Service Electrical and Electronic Test Equipment including STTE.
• Calibrate and support special to type factory test equipment (DC to Microwave).
• Perform routine calibrations, commissioning, drift analysis, fault finding and repair of test equipment.
