Job summary

Talent Finder is seeking a Telesales Executive in Newmarket, Suffolk, offering hybrid working with part-time or full-time hours. The role focuses on outbound calls to identify and develop new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and managing follow-ups to close opportunities.

Working closely with the Director and Account Manager, you will qualify opportunities, gather client requirements and respond to time-sensitive requests, with the potential for commission

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales, business development or lead generation.
• Professional telephone manner and communication skills.
• Strong written communication and grammar.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Proactive with follow-up opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective commercial clients.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Prepare and issue quotes quickly in response to client needs.
• Follow up enquiries and convert opportunities.
• Arrange site visits for the Director.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-up activity.
