Job summary

Rightmove in Newcastle is seeking a Telesales Executive to join our team. You will speak directly to tenants to offer move-related products such as TV & broadband, utilities, removals and contents insurance, delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You’ll work with a supportive team, aiming to hit monthly targets and collaborate with the Sales Manager to drive results in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Outbound calls to tenants to sell home-move products.
• Must hit monthly targets and KPIs.
• Provide an outstanding customer experience during the home-move process.
• Recording information in relevant databases and keeping lead portal up to date.
• Explain compliance regulations to tenants and adhere to processes.
• Liaise with internal teams to share learnings and deliver best outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to tenants to sell home-move products, understand customer needs and maximise sales revenue opportunities.
• Achieving monthly targets and KPI’s.
• Provide an outstanding customer experience making the consumer’s home moving experience as easy as possible.
• Attending relevant compliance, product, and service training.
• Recording information in relevant databases and ensuring the lead portal is kept up to date.
• Explaining compliance regulations to tenants and adhering to these processes.
• Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders to build relationships and share learnings to deliver the best outcomes for tenants.
