Job summary

Everywhen is seeking a Telesales Advisor to join our Sheffield team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to emails, and support lead generation for field-based consultants. The role starts on-site with training and moves to a hybrid setup offering two days of home working.

You’ll join a friendly, expanding team at the UK's largest independent Insurance Brokers, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and meeting daily performance targets.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent telephone communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop sales opportunities.
• Strong written communication and email etiquette.
• Well organised, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable adapting to a changing market.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service to new and existing customers by phone and email.
• Generate and qualify leads for field-based sales consultants.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly targets and KPIs.
• Develop new prospects and move leads to warm status.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and maintain compliance.
