Job summary

Everywhen is seeking a motivated customer service specialist to join our contact centre team in a hybrid, office-based role with initial training provided. The position includes a base salary of £25,030 and a generous quarterly bonus, with hybrid working after a four-month probation period.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, assist customers with quotes and motor insurance questions, and strive to deliver a consistently high standard of service while balancing sales and retention targets.

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound and outbound calls in a busy contact centre environment.
• Supporting customers with existing business quotes, supporting sales alongside general inquiries you will also deal with motor insurance queries.
• Delivering a highly customer-focused service every time.
• Balancing sales, retention, and productivity targets.
• Bonus is paid quarterly based on performance across sales, retention, and productivity.
