The role includes a weekend-friendly on-call rota and a collaborative environment. We offer a salary of £27,000 with a £1,000 annual profit bonus, 25 days holiday, a pension plan, and a health/dental package.

Qualifications

• Broad technical understanding and comfort troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to customers and internal users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
• Assist sales and operations with technical guidance to meet customer expectations.
• Participate in out-of-hours support rota, including weekends.
• Deliver training sessions on new equipment, products, and updates.
• Develop and maintain technical support documents for internal and external use.
• Provide first-line IS Helpdesk support.
• Assist with equipment checking, despatch, returns, and related tasks.
• Log all customer interactions and technical queries for accurate records.
