1st Central is seeking an experienced Technical Pricing Manager to lead a pricing team and drive data-led pricing solutions that support profitable growth, customer fairness and strong commercial performance across our motor and home portfolio.

You’ll develop robust burn cost models, effective rating structures, and data enrichment initiatives, combining hands-on pricing expertise with governance and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Technical pricing expertise in motor insurance and burn cost modelling.
• Experience with pricing tech and data platforms (Databricks, Python, SQL).
• Leadership and people management in a pricing team.
• Strong stakeholder management across pricing, underwriting, claims, finance.
• Proven project governance and delivery with documentation.
