Job summary

Alfa Financial Software is seeking a fixed-term Technical Administrator for 12 months to support our busy Technical Operations team. The role offers flexible hybrid working from home and offices, with potential overseas travel.

You will handle procurement, stock management, and budget support while ensuring efficient operation across the tech function. The ideal candidate will be numerate with strong attention to detail, proficient in Microsoft Office, and familiar with procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office and be numerate with strong attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating administrative tasks and procurement is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical administrative support to the Technical Operations team.
• Coordinate stock management and procurement activities.
• Assist with preparation and monitoring of the Technical Operations budget.
• Manage goods inwards process and IT asset lifecycle.
• Attend supplier meetings and handle delivery/invoice queries.
• Support documentation and asset registers.
• Assist in coordinating overseas travel where required.
