Job summary

AFH Wealth Management is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Communications Specialist on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract at the Bromsgrove Head Office. The role is hybrid, full-time, and focused on the day-to-day operation and improvement of IT infrastructure and communications services.

You will support Azure networks, WAN, unified communications, telephony platforms, and cloud services, while assisting with group projects and BAU activities across the organisation.

Qualifications

• This role requires proven experience supporting IT infra, networks and communications in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with cloud hosted telephony and unified communications platforms.
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, IPv4, routing and subnets.
• Experience providing remote and onsite technical support.

Responsibilities

• Support core IT infrastructure including servers, networks, cloud services and identity platforms.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to resolve incidents and requests.
• Support office moves and acquisitions with infrastructure and communications setup.
• Assist with administration of telecommunications systems including cloud hosted telephony and UC.
• Maintain documentation for network links, circuits and telecom services.
• Offer advanced technical guidance to the support desk on complex issues.
