Job summary

Alfa Financial Software Limited in London is seeking a Technical Administrator on a 12‑month fixed term contract to support the Technical Operations team with procurement, stock management, asset lifecycle and budget coordination.

The role involves coordinating goods inwards, maintaining IT assets and equipment, and assisting with budget preparation and tracking. Occasional overseas travel may be required as part of supplier reviews and equipment deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience with procurement and stock management.
• Numerate with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with IT asset lifecycle and budgeting processes.
• Knowledge of Workday or equivalent financial systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Procurement of technical equipment and software as requested by the Technical Operations team.
• Management, coordination and improvement of the goods inwards process.
• Maintain IT consumables stock and replenishment.
• Manage delivery or invoice queries with suppliers.
• Attend supplier review meetings.
• Maintain desk equipment and SME installation work (some overseas travel).
• Maintain desk equipment inventory and asset register.
• Provide laptops across the company and manage asset lifecycle, recycling and disposal.
• Manage Technical Operations documentation.
• Assist head of Technical Operations with budget preparation and ongoing management.
