Set2recruit LTD is seeking a Technical Account Manager in Hertfordshire. You will manage a portfolio of existing managed services clients, acting as their trusted technology adviser and driving opportunities for projects and upsells.

The role is hybrid, with 3 days in the office and travel to client sites as needed. You will need a strong technical background in managed IT, Microsoft 365, Azure and cybersecurity, paired with excellent relationship-building and communication skills to engage

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a Technical Account Manager, Account Manager or similar client-facing role within an MSP or IT services business.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of identifying and closing project and upsell opportunities.
• Ability to lead credible technical conversations with business owners, finance directors and IT leads.

Aufgaben

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing managed services clients, primarily across Hertfordshire.
• Act as a trusted technical adviser, running regular account reviews and strategic technology roadmap meetings.
• Proactively identify and win project and professional services opportunities, including Microsoft 365 and Azure migrations and cyber security improvements.
