Job summary

MRI Software in London is seeking a Technical Support Consultant to deliver advanced tech and application support across cloud and on-prem environments. The role sits in a high-performing Managed Services and Operations function, focusing on customer outcomes, AI-enabled workflows, and continuous improvement of services and processes.

The role offers a hybrid working model with 3 days working from home per week and is based in our London office.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise applications in a technical support, managed services, or operations environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience administering Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Some understanding of networking technologies (DNS, TCP/IP, SSL, firewalls, remote connectivity).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues across customer environments.
• Administer and support Linux and Windows server infrastructure for reliability and performance.
• Support MRI applications, web services, integrations, and related platforms.
• Plan and deliver software upgrades, patching, and environment maintenance.
• Monitor platform health, analyze trends, and improve service reliability and customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
