Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience providing advanced technical and application support in a managed services/operations setting.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience administering Linux and/or Windows Server environments.
• Understanding of networking concepts: DNS, TCP/IP, SSL, firewalls, remote access.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder management across levels.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues across customer environments.
• Administer and support Linux and Windows server infrastructure for reliability and performance.
• Support MRI applications, web services, and integrations.
• Plan and deliver software upgrades, patches, and environment maintenance.
• Monitor platform health and identify opportunities to improve service reliability and customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and support incidents.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and service improvement activities.
