Job summary

Liberty Blume is seeking a Project Manager to join our team on a permanent basis, based across our Bradford (BD4) and Leeds city centre offices. This is a hybrid role, offering two days in the office and three days remotely.

You will lead successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives, including cloud migrations, enterprise software implementations, digital transformation programmes, and data platform enhancements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering technology or software projects.
• Strong SDLC understanding with Agile/Waterfall.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects across Agile and Waterfall.
• Manage project budgets (£250k–£1m) and forecast outcomes.
• Act as Scrum Master and maintain delivery backlogs with Product Owners.
• Define scope, objectives, and success metrics with sponsors.
• Create delivery roadmaps, RAID logs, dashboards and reports.
