Job summary

Liberty Blume is seeking an Enterprise Systems Advisory Lead in Bradford (BD4) for a hybrid role. You will shape strategy, architecture, and governance across Finance, ERP, Procurement, and HR, while guiding advisory delivery and customer engagements with senior stakeholders.

You will lead a small team, identify AI-enabled opportunities, and ensure programs deliver measurable value and growth for Liberty Blume and its customers.

Qualifications

• Significant experience defining enterprise systems strategy, architecture, and technology roadmaps within a complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, Payroll, or related platforms.
• Experience across architecture, delivery, and transformation with influence on strategic decisions.
• Proven people leadership, coaching, mentoring, and team development.
• Familiarity with TOGAF and other EA frameworks.
• Commercial awareness with experience supporting business cases and customer propositions.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Enterprise Systems strategy, architecture, and roadmaps.
• Lead advisory engagements and governance across programmes.
• Develop customer propositions and service offerings to drive growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate goals into technology roadmaps.
• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to inform decisions.
