LibertyBlume, a Liberty Global company, is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple technology initiatives from discovery to go-live across Bradford and Leeds. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and governance, and report progress to senior leaders while driving best practices in Agile and Waterfall delivery.

The role combines hands-on delivery with mentoring, requiring strong communication and stakeholder management in a hybrid office setup with two days in the office

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar delivery-focused role.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts and reporting.
• Familiarity with PMO processes and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects across Agile and Waterfall.
• Manage budgets (£250,000–£1 million), forecasts and delivery outcomes.
• Act as Scrum Master when required and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and governance.
• Provide project documentation and status dashboards.
• Mentor junior project professionals.
