Liberty Blume in Bradford is seeking an Enterprise Systems Advisory Lead to shape strategy, architecture, governance, and commercial direction across Finance, ERP, Procurement, and HR. You will lead advisory engagements, develop customer propositions and roadmaps, and manage a small team while collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver technology-enabled transformations.

Hybrid role with two days in office.

Qualifications

• Significant experience defining enterprise systems strategy, architecture, and roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, Payroll platforms.
• Experience across architecture, delivery, transformation and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Enterprise Systems strategy, architecture, and roadmaps.
• Lead advisory engagements and ensure alignment with enterprise strategy and standards.
