Job summary
Liberty Blume in Bradford (BD4) is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Finance Transformation to lead end-to-end finance change programmes on a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working.
You'll partner with Finance, Technology and Ops leaders to deliver automation, improved controls and process standardisation, with potential to join permanently. Strong stakeholder engagement and governance are essential.
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering complex finance transformation, ERP, or process-improvement programmes.
- Experience with governance, risk management and project controls.
- Strong communication and senior stakeholder engagement skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of finance transformation programmes.
- Drive process improvement, automation, controls, reporting and operating model changes.
- Manage project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies and governance.
- Collaborate with Finance, Technology and third-party suppliers to deliver outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimise finance processes using data/AI.
- Support change activities including communications, training and adoption.
- Maintain project documentation such as business cases and RAID logs.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to objectives.
- Build relationships across Finance, Operations and Technology.
- Champion delivery excellence and continuous improvement across initiatives.
