Job summary

Liberty Global is seeking a Senior Manager, DEX & IT Operations for a permanent hybrid role based in Leeds or Bradford, with two days in the office and three remote each week. You will lead IT Operations, manage a specialist team and partners, oversee core platforms such as Workday, Microsoft 365, ERP and Atlassian, and ensure security, reliability and governance to support growth.

Reporting to the Director of IT Operations, you will drive migrations, transformations and optimise service

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading IT Operations in a multi-site environment.
• Hands-on management of platforms like Microsoft 365, Workday, ERP, and Atlassian.
• Strong IAM and data governance knowledge.
• Experience with third-party vendors and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing IT Operations team.
• Oversee day-to-day operation of core platforms across geographies.
• Drive migrations, upgrades, and tech transformation initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships and service levels.
