Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver recruitment campaigns from sourcing to offer.
• Design innovative sourcing strategies across online, offline and social channels to build PA’s employer brand.
• Write compelling adverts and communications that highlight PA’s USP and consulting lifestyle.
• Act as SME to engage and influence internal stakeholders and standard recruitment processes.
• Be data-driven in your recruitment methods and track metrics to improve performance.
• Provide market insights and maintain awareness of industry trends.
