PA Consulting in London is seeking an experienced recruiter to join the Digital & Data recruitment team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role supports recruiting Digital and Design Engineering capabilities and requires hybrid working with a minimum of two days in the office each week.

You will design sourcing strategies, run LinkedIn Recruiter campaigns, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver high-quality hires and reinforce the PA employer brand across markets.

Competenze

• Experience recruiting into Technology and/or Engineering sectors.
• Proven experience with recruitment, selection and assessment methods.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to engage, influence and challenge stakeholders.
• Self-starter, target driven, and resilient in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Mansioni

• Own and deliver recruitment initiatives to increase direct hires and brand awareness.
• Design innovative sourcing strategies across channels to attract talent.
• Partner with hiring managers and recruitment team to develop delivery strategies.
• Act as SME and advocate for PA Consulting's employer brand.
