Job summary

Center Parcs group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Systems Specialist to own our recruitment technology landscape, including Dayforce Recruit, and to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.

You will manage configuration, enhancements, integrations, reporting, data quality and GDPR compliance, collaborating with HR, IT and external partners. Hybrid role based at Forest House, Ollerton, with two office days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience administering, configuring and developing ATS, ideally Dayforce Recruit.
• Experience building, maintaining and enhancing HR or recruitment systems.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis for recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for recruitment systems including Dayforce Recruit and other platforms.
• Manage and maintain recruitment systems ensuring reliability and fit-for-purpose.
• Design and maintain recruitment workflows, templates and integrations.
• Produce reports, dashboards and data insights to support hiring decisions.
• Ensure data integrity and GDPR compliance across recruitment systems.
