You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management, development and continuous improvement of our recruitment systems, working closely with Talent Acquisition, People Services, IT and external partners to ensure they remain effective, compliant and aligned to business needs. You’ll also play a key role in enhancing user experience, increasing system adoption and delivering reporting and insights that support successful hiring outcomes.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing and maintaining recruitment systems, ensuring they are reliable, effective and fit for purpose.
  • Supporting system configuration, enhancements and continuous development in line with business requirements.
  • Designing and maintaining recruitment workflows, templates and integrations.
  • Identifying opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting system issues and working with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve them.
  • Supporting system upgrades, releases and testing activities, including documenting findings and coordinating retesting where required.
  • Producing reports, dashboards and data insights to support hiring performance and decision‑making.
  • Ensuring data integrity, GDPR compliance and audit readiness across recruitment systems.
  • Developing and maintaining system training materials and providing guidance to users.
  • Supporting change management activity relating to system improvements and new functionality.
  • Maintaining and enhancing the careers website to ensure content remains relevant, engaging and up to date.
What's in it for you
  • Free day passes and access to leisure facilities (including the spa)
  • Discounts on breaks and in our shops and restaurants
  • Bonus scheme and recognition rewards
  • A supportive, friendly team
  • Career development and in‑role training
Your working hours

You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week). Normal working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

We work on a hybrid basis with 2 days in the office and 3 days home-working. Our office (Forest House) is located in Ollerton, North Nottinghamshire.

About you
  • Experience administering, configuring and developing Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally Dayforce Recruit.
  • Experience building, maintaining and enhancing HR or recruitment systems.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and how technology supports them.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions.
  • Strong Excel skills, with experience producing and analysing recruitment data.
  • Experience using system data to identify trends, inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience working effectively with a range of stakeholders across HR, recruitment and technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A collaborative approach and passion for delivering great results.
