Job summary

Future is hiring a Talent Acquisition professional to coordinate recruitment across our Bath-based offices. You’ll work with hiring managers and partners to manage day-to-day hiring logistics, communications, and a smooth candidate journey.

You’ll utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, manage candidates in Workable, and conduct screening calls to provide informed hiring recommendations. This hybrid role offers meaningful collaboration with the People team and scope to influence our recruitment experience.

Team Introduction As part of our broader People department, our Talent Acquisition team manages global hiring across all divisions. We coordinate the end-to-end recruitment journey, collaborating closely with business leaders to attract quality talent to Future. We focus on delivering a supportive, high-quality hiring experiences, building inclusive talent pipelines, and ensuring a supportive candidate experience every step of the way. By joining us, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of specialist media.

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you'll partner closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners to coordinate recruitment processes across the business. Working alongside hiring managers and internal teams, you'll manage day-to-day hiring logistics, ensure clear communication, and deliver a highly effective recruitment process.
