IPRS Health, a leading UK mental health services provider, is seeking a Talent and Acquisition Manager. You will report to the People and Culture Director and be the sole TA professional, responsible for recruitment across roles from hourly staff to senior appointments and for building strategic talent pipelines.

This permanent, full-time role is hybrid, based at Claydon (IP6 0FU) with 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5pm. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Responsibilities

• Source, attract, hire and retain top talent across all levels, from hourly to senior appointments.
• Develop and manage talent pipelines to meet current and future staffing needs.
• Partner with Senior Leadership Team to forecast hiring needs and act as brand ambassador in the market.
• Collaborate with People and Culture Director to refine recruitment processes and strategies.
