IPRS Health Limited is seeking a Talent and Acquisition Manager to strategically source, attract, hire, and retain top talent while building robust talent pipelines and strengthening the company brand. You will be the sole TA professional reporting to the People and Culture Director, handling everything from hourly roles to senior appointments.

• Strategically source, attract, hire and retain top talent for IPRS Health.
• Focus on building talent pipelines and enhancing the IPRS Health brand.
• Manage recruitment for roles ranging from operational hourly to senior appointments.
• Partner with SLT to understand current and future hiring needs and to market the brand.
