Job summary

BakerHicks is seeking an organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR team on a maternity cover contract. You will support hiring managers, coordinate interviews, and manage applications to ensure a professional candidate experience across permanent, contract, and Early Careers recruitment.

This role requires strong communication, the ability to handle multiple priorities, and careful attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing high volumes of information accurately and efficiently.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and end-to-end candidate journey.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Greenhouse familiarity is a plus.
• Proactive, able to work independently and take initiative.
• Committed to delivering an excellent candidate experience and representing the business well.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment for permanent and contract vacancies.
• Manage recruitment activity through our ATS.
• Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience.
• Arrange interviews and manage candidate communications.
• Review and screen applications against role requirements.
• Advertise vacancies across relevant recruitment channels.
• Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate Early Careers recruitment activity.
• Liaise with HR on recruitment and onboarding updates.
